Born in Germany, became Marist Brother at an early age. As teacher, form master and principal of SFX Hong Kong from 1960's through 1980's. Assigned to Mission in Kenya, Africa in 1991 to be in charge of running three Marist Schools. He still keeps close contact with many alumni, including the campaign Regional Coordiantors.

SFXC (1961-1966). Retired after 30 years as IT Systems Consultant in Canada (Toronto) and the United States. Now, Volunteer Master Gardener for local parish and member of Pastoral Council. Lap-swimmer for over 20 years - currently swimming 5 days a week. Now trying to learn a new trick - playing the KB. Passionate about staying healthy and living happy.

 Chow Ka Po

Ka Po graduated from SFXC (F5 in 1991) and (F7 in 1993).
He is quite an accomplished IT scientist. For many years he has been Project Officer at the Research Centre on Linguistics and Language Information Sciences, (City U.).
He likes to work on
programming projects that involve natural language processing techniques with some kind of intelligence.
He has always been a staunch supporter of the SFXC Alumni Association and has served as Secretary and Vice-President.
Through his efforts the Hong Kong alumni as a group has contributed the lion’s share of our previous Fund Raisings. Ka Po has a 3-year-old son and enjoys having all kinds of fun with him, like building tracks of trains, reading, running, etc.

Frank Lau

(SFXS-F6 1969)  Frank Lau has always been an enthusiastic supporter of SFXS and SFX HK Alumni Associations, before his migration to Melbourne, Australia. 
He helped organize the SFXBOYS (Aus) chapter and is the current contact. In 1994, Frank jointed efforts of both SFXC and SFXS old boys country-wide and, in the spirit of  “Marist Family first!? invited both Bro. Bosco and Bro. Joseph to visit Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

He achieved great success in business and retired as Company Director.  

In his retirement he and his wife have been traveling all over the world both on land and at sea.

His Hobbies are Bridge; music; and bushwalking.

He is passionate about singing with a band ?so next time you see him, get him to entertain you.

SFXC (1972). Jobic started his career in accounting back in 1979 and parlayed onto China trade in the mid 80's. He is now working as assistant manager in administration with T&T Supermarket Inc. in Richmond, B. C., Canada.
Jobic organized the SFXBOYS (Van) chapter in 1994 to round up the alumni on the occasion of Bro. Bosco’s visit to Vancouver.
His passion is to teach people in his office how to see ahead to avoid making mistakes ?so far, he admitted modestly, “my advice has not generated much result yet!?
Hobbies: Tropical fish, photography, repairing and building road bikes and home renovation.
Retirement: In the plan, to take his wife on a trans-Canada road trip and may even head to the United States on the way back.

SFXC (K-1969). Philip Chan was one of the founders of SFXBOYS (Toronto) and has been President and currently is Director. In 2003 he was instrumental in organizing the SFXBOYS worldside to raise US$30,000 to replace Bro. Gregory's sunken boat.
His professional career included: American World Airways - Customer Service Airport Staff at Kai Tak Airport Hong Kong; Bank of Montreal - Information Technology Application Team Lead, System & Operation Auditor.
After retirement his hobbies include: Kung Fu, Martial Art, Yoga, Photography and Jazz Drum.
He is passionate about the Environment, Nature & Animal.

Keith Chin
